The characteristic of truth is constant, trackable, and backed by untainted scientific facts, and the objective of the source must have your best interest at heart guiding you with intergrity to help you live your best life, and void of money motivations..
Today's Reality "BYTES"
Notice the news media didn't make the above list, and it's simply because they have disqualified themselfes as reliable. Unfortunately the sound bytes we're hearing from main stream media are based on opinions, and agendas designed to influence your decisions in every area of your life motivated by money, power and control. When living in this type of environment, the burden of seeking truth lies upon you. Ironically free information is all around, but how can you decipher the truth from a flat out lie? You can start by understanding how FBI agents are trained to spot counterfeit money. They are required to study every intricate details of offical money printed by the mint, so when they come in contact with conterfieit money they can identify it immediately. They "never" focus on fake money because depending on many different flawed printers used to produce it; the variations from the original are many.
I'm sure you agree that in today's fallen world finding the truth can be very challenging, but I got good news. In God's Kingdom you have access to His truth through many of the spiritual gifts and tools He provided for us by accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior. The nine Gifts of the Spirit includes: Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith, Healing, Miracles, Prophecy, Discerment of Spirits, Diverse Tongues & the Interpretation of Tongues. You can read more about what Paul says about these gifts in I Corinthians 12 (NIV). The attributes of these gifts is God's way of restoring His supernatural abilities through the human race of which was lost during the fall in the garden. Unfortunately too many believers of the faith never use them or know when/how to use them in various aspect of life. If you take the time to examine the dynamics of these gifts, through these gifts they have the power to supernaturally reveal to us the following:

Hidden Information/agendas or the intention of a person's heart.

The best way to handle people or situations

The right action to take to avoid unknown calamity coming in the future

Knowledge on how to learn something new supernaturally.

The ability to speak a language you've never learn and/or the ability to interpret that language
-
Reversal of medical diagnosis through healing and or miracles
-
God's plan for the future through prophecy
-
What spirit is surpressing a person, place or thing through the discerment of spirit gift. This knowledge will help you know how to pray against the attacks.
These gifts are designed to help us win against the fiery darts of satan in his attempt to steal, kill and destroy us.
It is not a coincident that Jesus, the Son of Man earthy occupation was a carpenter. A carpenter has many tools to use according to the project he has to complete. His major responsibility is to know how and when to use each tool to get the job done effectively, quickly and resulting in high quality.
The Holy Bible & the Holy Spirit
For those that don't know; God lives outside of time in a realm called eternity. The Holy Bible is like a completed supernatural puzzle of God's truth lifted up unto Himself (because no one else is higher) and dropped in the realm of time into the mouths of different priest, judges, prophets, disciples, teachers, and belivers of the Faith.
Everything God wanted on earth He spoke it into existance in Genesis, and He gave each element an assignment. Remember when God made mankind He made us in His image; therefore the words we speak are spirits that create what was spoken. That can be very scary when the words coming out of your mouth destroys you, your family, your prosperity, your health and your destiny. Check out these passages where God warns us about our mouth: James 3: 1 - 11 (NKJV), and Proverbs 18: 20 - 21 (NKJV). There are many other passages He shares thoughout the bible concerning our words; seek them and you shall find them. I challenge you to seek what God says about gossip.
No matter your race, age, economic status, family history, bad situations, bad decision or your mental capacity; God's desire for mankind remains the same. His desire for mankind is to live in good health, be prosperous enough to give generously, live in peace, have sweet sleep and most of all fellowship with Him. I know you're saying the same thing I use to say, "man that's awesome, but how do I get those things active in my life?" Well, I'm glad you asked and here's the answer, you have to snatch God's promises from the eternity realm by faith in His word. As you consistantly meditate on His word, speak His words, and take actions according to His words; those simple acts will reshape your life to look like His desires for your life on earth just like it is in Heaven; where there's nothing missing, nothing broken, and there's more than enough. So moving forward, if anyone says anything about you not aligned with God's desire for you; let it fall to the ground. This also applies to the voice in your own head.
Let's talk about the Holy Spirit and His assignment for mankind.

In John 14: 15 - 18 here's what Jesus told the disciples about Holy Spirit (paraphrased); he said "If you love me keep my commands; I'll ask the Father to send another advocate to help you and He will be with you forever; the Spirit of truth. Do note the world will not be able to accept Him because they don't see Him or know Him, but you do because He lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans."

In John 14: 24th Jesus tells the disciples that if they love Him they will obey His teaching; His teachings are not from Him but from the Father. He goes on to say in John 14: 25 - 26 (paraphrased): All the things I've spoken to you before my crucifixion, the Advocate (Holy Spirit) of whom will be sent by the Father in my name will teach you ALL things AND will REMIND you of everthing I have said to you. In order to apply this promise in your life requires you to read the bible; oherewise the Holy Spirit can't remind you of anything you've never read.
PODCASTERS:
Over the past few years the podcasting sector has exploded as the main stream news media becomes more and more unreliable. If you haven't subscribe to this form of information you may fall victim of false information. Here what's so cool about podcastors, they bring on guests that are experts based on high level of education, and/or have survived dramatic life experiences that allow them to help other to overcome that same situation in order to live a better life. Many times this is where you can find additional resources, mentors and coaches to help guide you out of bad situations. Here are a few I recommend to see if they resignate with you: Tom Bilyeu, Lewis Howes, Patrick Bet-David (Valuetainment), Shawn Stevenson, Dr. Mindy Pelz, Jim Kwik, Rich Roll, Larry Elder, Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, Dr. Daniel Pompa, Dr. Caroline Leaf, The Institue of Human Anatomy, and Dr. Eric Berg just to name a few. In additions to podcasts, many of these influencers have Youtube channels you can subscribe to. The topics covered are vast including but not limited to: weight loss, fasting, exercise, business, money matters, health, and new health science discoveries.
SCIENTIFIC STUDIES:
All inventions and discoveries we enjoy today were made possible through science. It's amazing how God made such a complex world including mankind where the study of both are predictable; where predictiability makes science possible. Learning a basic understanding on how the human body function will help you make better decisions concerning your health. Below are a few sources to check out:

The National Library of Medicine - Located on the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD is the worldd's largest biomedical library and the developer of electronic information services that delivers data on the efficacy of medicine.

Clinical Trials - Various clinical trial studies can be found as a division of the National Library of Medicine. You can search for studies based on topics, or location. Clinical trials are research studies performed in people that are aimed at evaluating a medical, surgical, or behavioral intervention to determine its efficacy. This form of information comes with a few "reader beware" scenarios such as:

Understanding the dynamics of the test group selected because it can have an impact on the outcome.

Finding out which institute or company funded the study to reveal any conflict of interest or bias outcomes.

Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) - This is the nation's leading science-based, data-driven, service organization that's been protecting the public's health for the past 70 plus years. This organization is funded by your tax dollars; therefore all their findings are required to be public. Unfortunately we do live in a fallen world; therefore some data may require a lot more digging.
Mentor / Coach
Investing in a mentor or coach is the best move to make when you're looking to 10X your life, but clarity of your goal(s) must be established. If you are unclear, a good mentor or coach can help you develop the clarity you'll need to acheive your goals.
