Cauliflower Pizza Crust
This is the most simple and delicious Keto friendly pizza crust on the planet. You can enjoy pizza without any guilt or falling off your Keto lifestyle regimen. Simply add any Keto friendly toppings and enjoy every bite.
Ingredients: Equipment Needed:
2 Cups Chopped Cauliflower Parchment Paper Boiling Pot
2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Rolling Pen Colander
2 Whole eggs Pizza Stone & Mixing Bowl Cheesecloth
Pre-Heat the oven at 450 degrees.
In your work area cut the parchment paper large enough to cover the entire bottom surface of your baking pizza pan/stone.
Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and place them in a large pot of water; bring to a boil, lower the heat and continue to boil until very tender. (You can also use fresh cauliflower in a bag and prepare in like manner)
Line the colander with the cheescloth.
Once the cauliflower is tender pour it into the lined colander.
Using the cheesecloth to squeeze out all water will help the cauliflower bind.
In a large mixing bowl combine the cauliflower, eggs and mozzerella cheese.
Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper in your pizza pan/stone.
Using the rolling pen or your hands to spread the mixture into the shape of your baking pan. The thickness should be about 1/8th inch thick and thinner closer to the edges to brown better.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: Before adding your toppings, let it cool for about 10 minutes before putting it back into the oven.
Lower the oven to 350 degrees
Layer your desired toppings starting with the sauce.
The baking time depends on your choice of ingredients, but generally should be ready within 20 to 30 minutes.
